When you see the white warm sand on the beach and hear the ocean waves as they roll in, you can’t help but feel the seclusion of paradise in the islands of the Bahamas. You can travel to the islands on the Ferry, or mail boats. On the islands you can bird watch, shop, golf, or enjoy the fine restaurants and night life. Many cruises are scheduled for the Bahamas making the trip a double delight. If you prefer to travel by air there are six major airports in the Bahamas to fly in to. The weather in the Bahamas is varied with the summer being hot and humid. There is a greater chance for rain in the summer and fall, and the hurricane season usually last from June 1 to November 30. The off season is usually from mid -April to mid -December, this is the time you will save any where from 20-60%.
